If you are LOOKING TO BUY, check our notice board (outside the laundry room, between Units # 2 and #4), or follow the real Estate Listings (MLS) and type in 

'2780 Spencer - for sale'.

 Mobile/Manufactured Homes need to have an electrical certification in order to be sold. The linked page outlines the details at Technical Safety BC.

Changes to the original home such as add-ons or new electrical service lines for a washer/dryer (as an example) would require a permit, and could be completed under the original CSA certification from the manufacturer.

UNPERMITTED electrical work is not covered under the original certification, and recertification is necessary under the 

Silver Label program. Check with Technical Safety BC if there are questions.
